We are currently hiring (2) professional tradesman with a minimum of 5 yrs remodeling and/or new construction experience. Pay is 1099 starting at $25 per hour and rapid advancement is available. Temp to full time position. One tradesman will be hired on full time after 180 days. Salary and benefits to be negotiated upon hiring and employee profit sharing will be 100% vested after 5 yrs (20% per annum).

Qualified tradesman will posses the following skills:

Jobsite and time management
Client Relations
Proficiency in internal communications
Ability to work 8-12 hrs daily , min.4 days/week
Ability to consistently lift and maneuver 80 #
Valid driver's license with no more than 3pts
Documentation supporting right to work in US
Rough and finish carpentry
Minor plumbing and electrical
Concrete repairs and installation
Masonry repairs and installation
Roofing repairs and installation
Cabinet repairs and installation
Siding repairs and installation
Exterior and interior painting
General Labor
Flooring and tile repairs and installations
Window/door repairs, installations, replacements

Here are some photos from a recent floor system replacement we did a couple months ago. We tore out the entire floor system and replaced it with new rim joist, sill plate, girders, piers, floor joists, and sheeting in two separate rooms of the house that each had completely fallen in the center. The first room we did in one long day and cut up a storm fell tree in the backyard as well. The second room we did in a second trip which is where the pics posted came from. Needless to say, our crew of 6 was full throttle all day each time and we put the whammy on it, but unfortunately nobody really had time to stop and take pics of it all. I guess I need a GoPro...lol....I will be posting pics of the finished product soon when I return to do more work...

This is phase 2 of 3 projects completed for the Hamm's in West Jefferson NC. Client wanted the front yard to be manageable so we designed and built these three retaining walls to allow for more fill in the front yard decreasing the slope. The upper wall holds a fieldstone walk path to allow easier access to the left side of the yard. Please like and share and contact us anytime if you desire a change in your homes landscape design.
