We are proud to announce that Takako Oe has officially earned the Certified Remodeling Designer (CRD) designation from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). This prestigious certification puts Takako among an elite group of remodeling professionals who have been vetted and tested to our industry’s highest standards.
NARI’s CRD program recognizes professionals who have demonstrated expertise in creating highly functional remodeling designs through close collaboration with project stakeholders and an elevated knowledge of remodeling principles. This prestigious certification is reserved for professionals who have demonstrated tenure in the industry of a minimum of two years, have satisfied the continuing education requirements, and abide by the NARI Code of Ethics and the NARI Standards of Practice. NARI CRDs are tested in the following areas of expertise: the designer’s role as a leader throughout the sales and design process, communication, client priorities, existing conditions, programming, design solutions, plan development, design layout, materials selections, and production support.
This achievement reflects Takako’s commitment to ongoing professional growth and her passion for designing spaces that balance beauty, functionality, and long-term performance. We’re incredibly proud to have her leadership and expertise guiding our designs.

ANNOUNCEMENT – A New Chapter for Morey Remodeling Group

As we enter this season of gratitude, we are honored to share an important milestone in the Morey story.

After 43 years of leading Morey Remodeling Group with integrity, vision, and unwavering dedication, Benjamin Morey will be retiring as CEO at the end of January 2026. Ben’s leadership has shaped who we are today, and his commitment to our clients has built a legacy that will carry forward for generations.

We are proud to announce that Albert Delgadillo, our current Director of Construction, will become the new CEO of Morey Remodeling Group. Albert brings over a decade of experience in residential remodeling and design-build operations to his leadership role.

Having worked closely with Ben for years, Albert carries the same passion for guiding homeowners through the design-build process with care, expertise, and trusted quality. This transition has been thoughtfully planned to ensure the values our clients know, love, and expect continue strong into the future.

This moment represents the past, present, and future of Morey Remodeling Group and we are confident that the best is yet to come.
