This home was a full custom build designed around open living space and a vaulted kitchen/dining area. We spent a lot of time in preconstruction dialing in selections early, which helped keep everything moving smoothly once we got into the build.

Some highlights:
• Large tile shower + upgraded plumbing layout
• Vaulted ceiling framing that tied the main living areas together
• Clean finish work throughout

Projects like this are a good example of how proper planning upfront makes the build process way more efficient!

This 30’x40’ building foundation went off without a hitch last week. We’re excited to start going vertical on the building when it arrives. Stay tuned for more progress photos.
