I am a painting contractor currently working in the Horseshoe Beach, Florida area on a short-term project for a client and I am seeking a reliable, experienced individual to assist on-site.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years experience in painting and/or general construction
* Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
* Must be able to work a full week (possibly up to 2 weeks)
* Must have basic hand tools
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Punctual, dependable, and professional
* Drug and alcohol free while on the job

Details:
This is a short-term position for an active project in the Horseshoe Beach area. If the fit is right, there may be future opportunities on upcoming jobs.

POV: You leave the chaos behind, lose cell service, and somehow catch your FIRST shark before work. 🦈🔥

This work trip has honestly felt unreal. I’ve been waking up before sunrise to fish the island waters before starting my day, then ending the nights fishing again with my wife and our dog under the stars. No phones constantly ringing. No distractions. Just peace, salt air, and memories we’ll never forget.

Meanwhile, I still get to do what I love every day — transforming another client’s dream home with ocean views as my office. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Living proof that hard work and blessings can exist at the same time. Grateful beyond words for every client that makes moments like this possible. 🙏🌊

Another clean upgrade completed by J&M Painting & Construction! 🔥

These brand-new shutters were lightly sanded, primed with Sherwin-Williams Coded Primer, then finished with two coats of Emerald Urethane Semi-Gloss in “Backwater” for a smooth, durable finish built to last. We also pre-drilled into the stucco and securely installed them using heavy-duty anchor screws for a solid, professional fit.
It’s the small details and proper prep that make all the difference.

I caught my first shark. This was so crazy to me. I’m currently enjoying the luxury of working on an island, therefore I get to wake up early to fish before I start my work day. Once my day ends, I’ve been doing some night fishing with my wife and dog. This work trip has been so peaceful. Me and my wife are truly enjoying the fact we have no cell service. We are so grateful for my clients. We get to have an ocean view daily while I’m making money. Win win for everyone. I get to enjoy a vacation with my wife and animals , my customers get to have their dream home finished by one of the best in the business.

I really miss Charlie . This man’s message is so powerful. I’m so grateful I had a chance to hear him. He has changed my life in so many aspects of my life. I will continue to follow his principles and lead by example. Thank you for all the great wisdom you have spread.
I  would like to say sorry to your wife and family for all the horrible and negative things that people have done and said and treated them since your passing. God bless your wife and kids and please continue to look after all of us and continue to carry your message. It’s very much appreciated with me and my family .
