Florida man !!!
I don’t understand why is it so hard to find somebody with ambition to show to work, look forward to getting a paycheck, value your paycheck and provide quality service .
Nope.
Apparently, I’m asking too much . I go above and beyond to help my employees if it’s needed in return I received a text messages on a Sunday night 6 PM deciding to quit on me. I’m move on to the next person. They barely hung on for a day and a half meanwhile the only requirement is to be my helper , to make sure  that things are ready for me to follow behind them. This is really sad. 
This really makes me stop dead in my tracks and ask myself why?
I tried my best daily to live a spiritual life. I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I provide quality service and great opportunity for somebody that wants it. I asked myself why does this thing happen? Am I looking in the wrong area? I tried to give people an opportunity that give a heads past history with the wrong side of the law things like that of course anyone I hired is always drug-free and alcohol free . I like to hire people that value the fact that they get Weather the second third or fourth chance of life I feel that he gives him incentive and they value the opportunity that I provide them then unfortunately they shove it up my ass .
So to any of my Contractor friends here, Central Florida area if you have some kind words to share in regards to what I should do differently or know anyone that has experience with Paint primarily and some construction .
I don’t mean somebody that could just slap paint on a wall .
I’m looking for somebody that understands the importance of prep work , following directions, appreciating the opportunity , working well with others , willing to learn , able to show up on time, be drug free.

Wow !!!

 check out this progress of this complete transformation .
we are about 80% done.
This was a complete gut and rebuilt.
new pressure treated lumber for the framing of the roof , subfloor , and walls . New torch down flat roof,
1/2 plywood, three-quarter inch plywood for the subfloor , along with some self leveler .
1/4 sheet rock for walls and ceilings. Tape & spackled . primed and first coat of paint.
We still got some trim work to do , final coat of paint , primer to all the cabinets , then spray them with great quality emerald urethane .
Vinyl floor & carpet is coming next .

Paying our respects to the memorial for Tupac, I must say , I was a little shocked to see that it was not taken care of or more of a high attraction, especially being that this is a part of history, one of the best to ever do it in the music I guess I thought it would of had better upkeep or more of a memorial to remember him by .
