Thank you to our wonderful customer Showcase Kitchens and Baths, the kitchen looks amazing (as all your kitchens do!)

Blending finishes adds a layer of interest for an updated alternative to the all-white kitchen trend. Combine warm, natural wood tones with cool hues of blue and grey. Mix it up with various metal finishes on decorative hardware, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Contrast polished white quartzite countertops and hand-glazed cabinets against rustic textures such as wood grain cabinetry and wide-plank floors. Modern, slab style doors blend with beveled door panels concealing a counter-depth refrigerator for a classic transitional kitchen remodel.

Did you know:
Our Bend Sim software on our state of the art CNC Press brake is extremely smart and virtually figures out the entire bend sequence for us.
Therefore when you (the customer) presents us with a complex part, all we do is run it through our Bend Sim software at the machine, and it literally spits out a whole set of options for us to bend up that part.

Why this matters to you:
Quoting is super fast and effortless!

So the days where we used to have to go out into the shop, cut up a little test strip of a the profile in question, and test bend it 5 different ways with 3 different types of tooling to check for collision (just to find out if we can even make the part)... Are GONE!

We just need the 3D model of the part or even just a side profile of the parts and we can program it into the machine and save the program into the machine, along with the tooling setup.

Then we give you the quote, and its saved into the machine... ready for you when the time comes, production is fast and error free!

Hats off to the smart folks that figure all this crazy machinery software stuff out because I wouldn't be able to go back to the old way of bending sheet metal after being so spoiled with newer technology!
