Most are not using your AC now, so it is a good time to get it serviced. You can start yourself by cleaning around your unit. Pulling grass , making sure it has room to breathe.

Stay Hydrated !!
Make sure you try to drink some kind of drink with electrolytes in it..If not put a little salt or sugar or both in your water. Certain meds can lead to causes of dehydration .
Be careful in the heat.

It is that time:: CHANGE YOUR AIR CONDITIONER FILTERS!!!Make sure nothing is Blocking your Return Air Flow..pour some Clorox in your drain pipe ...

It is time to change your filters if you haven’t done so ..clean filter, turn your unit off spray down with hose to get as much as dust off. Cut the weeds around your unit..

Make sure you are hydrated, drink water, then Gatorade or your choice . Make sure it has electrolytes in it. Wear something on your head to keep it cool. Those frog togs or any brand soak in Florida water with ice. It will cool you off quick..
Don’t forget to change your AC Filters !!
