The only constant is change. This spring my best trained repair and skylight installation technician decided to pursue a different career. Persistent physical limitations are preventing me from doing the type of work I performed in my younger days. Unfortunately I need to decline repair work and skylight installations until the right person is hired, trained and certified. I am still quoting and booking roof replacements - but the more skilled work required for repairs and skylight jobs will have to wait until we find the right person. If you know a good candidate - please have them give me a call!

It is fall and skylight replacement work is at a peak. Tim is one of our full time, five star certified and trained installers. Since we don't use sub-contractors we can guarantee our proficiency and quality of all our work. We require the use of safety equipment - but if an accident were to ever happen our employees are fully insured with worker's compensation insurance. A great company doesn't just make the customer happy, we treat our employees well too.

Not every skylight needs to be replaced when the view becomes foggy. Such was the case for our customer in Rocky Hill that called when the glass seal failed on their skylights. After assessing the project and listening to the homeowners about their needs, Brian determined that just replacing the sash and top glass was the best solution. The whole project was completed in less than a day and now the homeowner once again has beautiful natural light in their home.

This West Simsbury customer wanted to add natural light to an already dramatic and beautiful living space. The solution involved adding two matching skylights on either side of their fireplace, complimenting the symmetry of their room. The results are stunning and the customer will receive a 30% federal tax credit for choosing solar venting skylights with solar operated blinds.

Here is a re-roofing project we recently completed in Avon, CT. The shingle color used, 'Weatherwood', is a popular and wise choice as it compliments many house colors. The homeowners also elected for the upgraded copper flashing on the chimney to really set off their home. Beautiful!
