With the initial turning of the dirt, the ground was officially broken today for the new Just For Kix - Sioux City, IA studio at 4008 Indian Hills Drive. Over the course of the next several months our crew and fellow community partners will be hard at work to make the program's dream a reality in the spring of 2026.

Congrats to the Crittenton Center for the recognition of this super cool project providing Tiny Homes to Adolescents. This was a truly rewarding project for us as a firm, and we're excited to see it be recognized. And a big congratulations and thank you to all those who helped make this project a reality for those who really needed it.

PROGRESS: Austin Foster has audacious plans for Sioux City's first licensed distillery. It'll be a grand gathering place, teetotalers welcome. A restaurant. A wedding venue. A pilgrimage for liquor aficionados, in a city that has never yet produced distilled spirits except under cover of darkness.
