Sometimes your house doesn't need a complete remodel. It just needs the right updates.

For this kitchen, we kept the existing cabinets and focused on the details that make the biggest impact: fresh paint, updated flooring, a tile backsplash, new lighting, and a new sink and faucet.

That’s something we hear a lot from homeowners planning renovations. It’s usually not that people can’t do the work, it’s that life gets busy. Between planning, demo, prep, material runs, installation, and cleanup, projects can drag on for months.

This bathroom was started but never finished, and the homeowners were tired of not being able to fully use the space. Our team is there this week laying tile and wrapping up the final details.

Another fun one in the works. This client is updating their deck with a brand new handrail system along with a custom privacy wall on one side for added separation and functionality. We stopped out today to finalize the design details, confirm layout, and get everything ready for the build!
