This month ESI is honored to recognize Bryan Blumer as our Employee of the Month, awarded posthumously in appreciation of his dedication, hard work, and the impact he made on our team.
Bryan started at ESI four years ago, and his impact was immediate. He initially started catching boards out of the wave but realized SMT was his true passion. Once transitioned into a full time SMT role, he quickly learned every machine. Bryan was one of the SMT production experts, catching many issues early. Bryan would spend his free time researching technology advancements in the electronics industry. Bryan was always willing and excited to learn the new equipment and become an expert. Bryan was always on time for each scheduled shift and picked up all available shifts to support his team. Beyond being a knowledgeable and dependable production associate, Bryan was also an amazing co-worker who would always help where needed without any hesitation. Bryan was a model production associate, the type that is challenging to replace. He will be greatly missed by his co-workers, and it is only fitting that he has his name etched in ESI history as the Employee of the Month. A recognition that he deserves for his tireless work ethic and dedication during his tenure at ESI.
We were grateful to have his mother, Roxane, and sister, Jill, join us to accept this award on his behalf. It meant a great deal to share this moment with them and to celebrate Bryan's contributions together.
