Exciting news! Climate Systems has officially acquired ReCom, combining our resources and people to strengthen our commitment to delivering top-tier testing, adjusting, and balancing services across the region!

ReCom was founded in 2011 by Dave Stadheim, the original founder of Climate Systems, and his son Clark, making this a reunion of shared roots and values.

As part of this acquisition, ReCom will have an office in Rapid City, led by Branch Manager Dan Clegg, which will expand our ability to serve customers throughout the area.

We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to seeing where this partnership takes us!

Today we are celebrating Dean and his 35 years of working with us! His foundation in HVAC began with ten years of service, first on active duty in the US Air Force and later in the South Dakota Air National Guard.

Dean joined us in 1991 and became a partner in 2009. With over three decades of experience, he is a vital resource for our team and our customers. He has a unique talent for building automation and a genuine commitment to sharing his knowledge with everyone around him.

Dean enjoys hunting, fishing, and hitting the road on his Harley Davidson. Thank you, Dean, for your service and for everything you have contributed to our success over the years.
