A look inside our Supervisor Training Program.

This program helps foremen and carpenters develop the skills needed for future leadership roles, covering everything from communication and contract documents to managing projects and building strong relationships.

Yesterday was one of those hot, buggy South Dakota days, but the work carried on.

With trusses going into place, the project reached another important milestone. We’re excited to be partnering with Reaves Buildings and look forward to sharing more updates along the way.

We recently hosted another tour at the new Sioux Falls Light, Power & Traffic facility.

This project has been a long time coming for the City of Sioux Falls and will help support the traffic system for the next 50+ years. It’s exciting to see the progress and the long-term impact this facility will have on the community.

Another look at Wednesday’s project blessing at The Lourdes Center.

The Lourdes Center, next to the Saint Joseph’s Cathedral, has been running out of space for its services, which include counseling and programs to help those needing it.

Yesterday afternoon, friends of The Lourdes Center gathered onsite to pray over the project, the crews building it, and the people who will someday walk through these doors.

Everyone also had the chance to write prayers, blessings, and Bible verses on the trusses before they’re installed. We’re grateful to be part of a project that already means so much to so many.

The City of Sioux Falls Traffic, Light & Power facility has reached the stage where the day-to-day changes are becoming more noticeable. Interior work continues moving throughout the building as teams focus on the details that bring the project together.

Every design build project starts with conversations around the biggest priorities for the people using the space every day.

For this 4,000 square foot tenant buildout, flexibility, productivity, natural light, and employee experience helped shape the design from the start, creating a workplace with collaborative spaces, private offices, and even an outdoor patio area. ☀️
