This one hits a little closer to home. 🏡

We’ve officially broken ground on the Dertien Residence at Nine Mile Lake!

After two years of planning and waiting, the Dertien family’s home is officially underway. For Thomey, getting to build the home his own family will share makes this project especially meaningful.

In collaboration with Omorfia Interiors and 727 Drafting , we’re excited to bring this vision to life and share the progress along the way!

Breaking ground in 2026. Coming home in 2027. 🤍
