Our dear friend, Todd Faulkner, was promoted to Heaven on Thursday, July 16th. There will be a celebration of Todd’s life on Tuesday, July 21st, at 10:00am at Englunds Funeral Chapel in Slaton, TX with graveside service to follow at the Idalou Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, July 20th, from 5:30-7:30 pm at Englunds Funeral Chapel.

We extend our love and deepest sympathy to the Faulkner family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.🙏🏻❤️

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear friend and neighbor, Bobby Brown. For many years, he dedicated himself to farming in the Acuff community and also served on the Board of Directors of Acuff-McClung Co-op Gin. Bobby Brown departed this life on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the age of 84. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Lorenzo First Baptist Church. Immediately following the visitation, the funeral service will commence at 10:00 a.m. at the same location, Lorenzo First Baptist Church,
211 Tyler Avenue, Lorenzo, TX. A graveside service will follow in Littlefield, TX.
Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences are extended to the Brown family. We will deeply miss our beloved friend, Bobby Brown.
