Do NOT build anything or put anything over your outdoor unit, all you are doing is making your unit work harder by recycling the hot air the unit creates.

This is a PSA as i see posts going around every year to do something similar and it is COUNTERINTUITIVE.

This unit definitely needed this cleaning. Keeping your unit clean helps save on the electric bill. And helps you prevent repairs later down the line.

Dirty units like this can cause Capacitors to prematurely fail and causes the compressor to work harder as unit cannot breathe as it is designed to do.
