Blueprint symbols can sometimes look identical on paper, but translation to real life is where project oversight matters most.

In our walk-through today, we caught a framing detail that needed a quick adjustment. On the plans, the opening into the pantry for a "Costco door" -a pass-through directly from the garage to unload groceries straight onto pantry shelves- can look like a standard full-size door header.

It’s all about making sure the physical framing matches the way you actually live in the space. 📐

It is also the time to review how the home will feel and make adjustments for the finish details before it's too late! Once mechanicals and sheetrock go in, changing the framing becomes very costly!

We're walking through the Hall's Custom Build with our homeowners today and one custom detail is the
