Big progress happening out in Wind Lake.

✔️ Rough framing is almost complete
✔️ Trusses are being set today
✔️ This build is moving FAST

This is what happens when Mother Nature finally decides to cooperate for a little while. 😅 After battling through months of snow, mud, rain, and Wisconsin weather, it feels good seeing a project really gain momentum.

This custom build is starting to take shape quick, and we’re excited to keep pushing full steam ahead into the next phase. Stay tuned — this one is going to come together beautifully. 👏

Big progress happening out in Wind Lake.

✔️ Rough framing is almost complete
✔️ Trusses are being set today
✔️ This build is moving FAST

🏡🔥 Somers Custom Ranch Update 🔥🏡

Big progress happening on our custom ranch build in Somers, Wisconsin.

✔️ LP siding officially complete
✔️ All rough trades passed inspections
✔️ This one is moving right into the next phase of the build

The exterior is really starting to come together and the clean lines, black accents, and LP finish are giving this home an incredible look already. After framing, rough-ins, and inspections, it’s always rewarding reaching the point where the vision really starts to show.

Huge thanks to our crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers helping keep this project moving forward. More updates coming soon as we continue pushing toward the finish line. 👏

The Waterford build keeps moving full speed ahead.

✔️ Well installation is officially done
✔️ Mudding and taping has begun as promised
✔️ Concrete pouring is up next

Also important to note — Coco, our official jobsite inspector, stopped by and approves the progress so far. 🐾👷‍♀️

🏡🔥 Waterford Build Update 🔥🏡

As promised, a lot of updates coming

Now it’s starting to feel REAL and finished

This project is officially drywalled, underground plumbing is complete, and tape & mud kicks off Monday. After a long and harsh Wisconsin winter for building and months of pushing through snow, mud, rain, inspections, and rough-in work — it’s exciting seeing this home finally start transforming into finished living spaces.

The natural light in this one is incredible already, and you can really start to see the vision come together room by room. 👏

Huge shoutout to all of our crews, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and partners helping keep this project moving full steam ahead. We’re excited for the next phase of this build and can’t wait to share more progress soon. 💪

We’ve officially:✅ Backfilled the foundation✅ Received lumber delivery✅ Started rough framing

We have been a little quiet on here lately… but that’s usually a good sign, less social media usually means a lot more work. 👷‍♂️🏡

We’ve been busy putting in the work and making major progress on our custom Waterford build!

✅ Rough inspections passed
✅ Insulation installed
✅ Insulation inspection passed
✅ Drywall underway
✅ WE Energies power and transformer & gas officially installed

This project is really starting to come to life, and it’s exciting seeing everything transition from framing to actual finished spaces. Huge shoutout to all of our crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and partners helping keep this build moving forward.
