**Job Title: Underground Utility Foreman**
**Location:** San Antonio,TX
**Pay Range:** $1,400 - $1,600 per week (Based on experience)
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Underground Utility Foreman for commercial projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install and maintain water, sewer, storm, and fire lines for commercial projects.
- Accurately read and interpret plans, blueprints, and schematics.
- Shoot grades and ensure precise alignment and installation of utilities.
- Effectively communicate with team members, employees, and general contractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment required for underground utility installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the project.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in underground utility work.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and schematics.
- Ability to shoot grades accurately and install utilities to specified grades.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with employees, contractors, and supervisors.
- Proficient in operating construction equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and trenchers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
