Standing beneath this statue at the 2026 CONEXPO-CON/AGG convention during Women in Construction Week and International Women’s Day was a powerful reminder of how far our industry has come.

Twenty years ago, you likely wouldn’t have seen a tribute like this honoring the women who help build our world. Today, women are leading projects, operating equipment, running companies, and shaping the future of construction.

We should be proud of the progress that’s been made—and excited about what’s still ahead.

And a sincere thank you to the men in our industry who continue to support, encourage, and lift women up along the way. Progress happens when we build each other up.

Here’s to the women who build, lead, and inspire every day.

Before and after images documenting the specialty dyed, exposed aggregate rooftop walkway installation performed by Centerville Enterprises. The work reflects the skill and experience of the Centerville crew and included layout, curved forming, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, finishing, and saw cutting.

That’s a lot of dirt… done right.
As part of this site restoration, we placed approximately 120 yards of screened topsoil on these hillsides, leveled the soil, installed grass seed, and finished with straw matting for stabilization and erosion control. From soil to seed, every layer matters—and solid groundwork makes all the difference.
