Upcoming System Upgrades – Client Portal Transition

We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients, and as part of that commitment, we’re excited to announce the release of the latest version of our Client-Hub Portal! After extensive planning, designing, and polishing, we are finally ready to launch this upgraded system. Please bear with us during this brief transition as we move to the new platform.

Our team has been working diligently to ensure a smooth and seamless transition, and we are confident that these upgrades will significantly improve your experience. Some of the key enhancements include:

-Scheduling
-Job Site Requests
-Payment Processing
-Communication Updates

We understand that life can get busy and that our clients are often not on-site or may even be out of state during installations. This upgrade will allow our installers to communicate directly with you, ensuring that you are always informed of any changes happening at the job site.

This is a major milestone for our company, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. We hope you’re as excited as we are about these improvements!

Important Update Timing:
The system upgrade is scheduled to begin on January 30, 2024, at 10:00 PM and conclude on January 31, 2024, at approximately 5:00 AM. Our existing system will be unavailable for Payment Processing and Job Site Requests during this time. Please ensure that any requests or payments are made prior to the listed time.
