Shane Shaffer Inc. Is currently looking to hire a CSR. This position is a very important position to our company. This person will be in charge of the following.
Answering phones.
Scheduling customers for service and repairs.
Keeping up on all service agreements.
Renewing and updating existing agreement customers.
Setting up estimates.
Entering new customers as well as data for existing customers.
Working with sales team to ensure customers are taken care of.
Making sure parts are ordered and scheduled for repair when in.
Communicate and work with all staff to ensure a steady flow and everyone is working together.

Must be able to multi task.
Certain times of the year can be a very hectic.
Need to be fluent with computers and programs.
Very good customer relations.

Hiring for full time.
This is a M-F position with occasional overtime.
