Local Construction company seeking an efficient team player to assist with daily office duties. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

-General Office: answer phones, filing, mail sorting, preparation of outgoing mail and overnight packages, order supplies, copy/fax/scan
-Project Management Compliance Assistance: Execute project forms. Reporting and collection of documents from field staff and subcontractors.
-Estimating Assistance: Prepare bid spreadsheets and bid packages; gather subcontractor/supplier quotes; drop off bids for opening.
-Bookkeeping Assistance: tax forms, payroll, data entry.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

-Some construction office experience
-Organized and self-managed with strong follow through
-High computer literacy in general and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, and Quickbooks.
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment

We at Green Mountain Construction Group are true Pittsburgh sports fans. Since we set the record straight upfront we can now say we will happily call Ohio home for the next 10 weeks, as we start another major remodel of Sheetz store #357 in New Philadelphia, OH. Two weeks into the project safety is perfect and the schedule is spot on. Great job team👍

Last week Green Mountain Construction Group completed its first Major Remodel of an existing Sheetz store in Gibsonia, PA. Schedule was perfect even with a few delays up front with permitting, safety was outstanding and budget was met. This couldn’t have been done without our outstanding group of building partners and also of course our wonderful employees. We are thankful for this opportunity to be able to work for an organization such as Sheetz and look forward to many more in the very near future.
