EcoTight Insulation is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.

Before applying, it’s important to understand the nature of insulation work. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in attics, crawlspaces, and construction environments. Conditions can be extremely hot during the summer and cold during the winter. Applicants should be comfortable climbing ladders, lifting materials, working in confined spaces, and being on their feet throughout the day.

We’re looking for individuals who:
• Have reliable transportation
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Can lift 50+ pounds
• Have a strong work ethic
• Are willing to learn and take direction
• Take pride in producing quality work

This trade isn’t for everyone, but for those willing to work hard and learn a valuable skill, it can be a rewarding career with plenty of opportunities.
