Job Title Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
• Human Resources
• Scheduling
• Proposals, Invoices, and Contracts Management
• Social Media & Review Site Management
• Prepare, update and maintain documents using Adobe, MS Word and Excel
• Create and vet office system standards and procedures, maintain all recordkeeping systems, files and filing systems and convert to digital • Screen, record and track incoming job leads via phone, e-mail, and walk-ins

COVID-19 Considerations:
Majority of Client interaction is by phone and e-mail. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant are provided. Customer interaction occurs outdoors and requires a mask. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly. Workstations are segregated.
