-News we never expected to have to share 💔

Shocking news came to us over the weekend, that one of our very own tragically passed away from an ATV accident. Bruce was our former most dedicated sweeper wash boy we could have ever asked for, But more importantly, he was someone very special to all of us.

We could always count on Bruce showing up at the shop, ready to wash sweepers, even on his days off. And if you knew Bruce/saw Bruce anywhere, you knew his everyday attire usually included that brand new CNC shirt (that he had stolen daily out of the box in the office. 😂thx) His dedication to CNC was like no other, for reference he even wore a CNC shirt underneath his cap and gown at his high school graduation, “just incase after he had to come wash a sweeper or 2” he said.

This news has been incredibly hard for all of us to process. We are so thankful for every laugh, every memory, every sweeper he washed, and every random day he showed up at the shop to help out just because he wanted to be there.

Bruce, you were truly one of a kind, and you will be missed more than words can say.

Thank you for all the memories, buddy. Rest easy. ❤️

When the phone rang at 3:00 AM Monday morning for help with this cleanup on the Maine Turnpike, Spencer was the first one to answer and didn’t hesitate to get up and go.

A mile-long diesel spill definitely wasn’t on the schedule 😅 but we’re proud to have employees who answer the call when it matters.

Thank you, Spencer, for representing CNC well and getting the job done! 💪

Since everyone’s been asking who are the new guys around the shop..

They don’t listen that well, didnt want to put on the uniform, they’re always laying down and taking nap breaks, and have zero experience. Best part, is their compensation package; its mostly treats so I suppose we will keep them around for a bit🦴

🚨 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JACOB aka “JakeBreak” 🚨

After this past month its officially time for a Facebook spotlight on one our employees.. Jacob.

Jacob has been with us since DAY ONE and watching him grow and learn over the years has honestly been wild. He went from just hanging out helping out on smaller tasks, to becoming the guy we all depend on. For everything.

The crazy part… Jacob is technically a “part-time” employee, working full-time hours. On top of working for CNC he’s also a full-time electrician. So after most people punch out, He somehow without a doubt shows up ready for Round 2 with us.

When something breaks? Call Jacob. Something making a weird noise? Call Jacob. Someone to somehow make an impossible situation work? Call Jacob.

We’re pretty convinced he runs on an unhealthy passion for street sweepers.

And at only 21 years old, there aren’t many people out there with Jacob’s work ethic. The kid genuinely cares, takes pride in what he does, and shows up every single time.

If cloning Jacob becomes legal someday, we will be first in line.
