Our fabrication and install crews absolutely delivered and then some. We are beyond proud to be able to deliver this level of quality craftsmanship thanks to the skill within our sheet metal division.

One Community Progress Update:
Our sheet metal division is teaming up with our commercial crew, fabricating and installing ductwork throughout this massive 73,860 sq ft building.

Still more units to duct seal and insulate, but it's coming together nicely. Stay tuned for more job updates! 🔧

We are excited to welcome our newest sheet metal foreman, Matt Adams! With 29 years of experience, it's safe to say he knows his fair share on all things sheet metal.

When he's not at work, Matt likes to camp and hang out with his German shepherd puppy.

This past June, we celebrated someone truly special — Dave Hathaway marked 31 years with us!

When Dave joined, he became only the second employee outside the Benoure family to be part of our story and what a story he's helped write. For over three decades, he's watched this company grow and change in ways none of us could have predicted, and through every chapter, he's been right there with us.

He has helped shape some of the most high-end homes we've completed for numerous years, and his skill and eye for detail have become a hallmark of our best work.

Dave has mentored countless apprentices over the years, passing down his craft and his standards to the next generation of plumbers.

31 years of loyalty, skill, and heart. Thank you, Dave, for being such an integral part of the Benoure family. Here's to many more years! 🥂
