This word, often taken for granted, holds the power to shape our understanding of the truth. When your morning starts at 5 and back to back Therapy ensues, you finally get to the office to face the day and find this on your desk from somebody who truly cares, we celebrate the anniversary of when we met on the 23rd, I am more in love than ever, God smiled on me 17 years ago with that Fatherly twinkle in his eye, told the Angles “Fix this” and saw it was Sooo good! Please backup your Pictures, Documents, and files. Walking into my store with your half-blown-up computer under your arm does not make me responsible for your loss when we try to fix the wreckage left after everybody you know has attempted a repair. OnCall is not responsible for your data at any time or circumstance.

I have lost count of the unpaid hours and money I lose trying to help people in distress and paying the emotional price for being the last chance and the last one you call.

I promise to do my best with what you ask of me. You know I have many years of experience, but it is a waste of time when I am the last one you call.

And one last rant: I don't support Apple. I will not pay the $$$$ ransom required to become an Apple-registered vendor. Go to the Apple Helpdesk in Hingham, MA, for all your needs. People who claim to repair Apple devices can only buy spare parts with a valid Apple certificate and the Apple-certified reseller registration on the wall.

I am not an American Veteran but a South African Veteran. Same thing but there is no reward, I live with my PTSD and the wounds you cannot see. If I am called to stand for my homeland again I will stand and cause mayhem all over again Ubique!
