This is the house that started my solo career in renovating. I couldn't be prouder of this project! A lot of hard work was put in and it turned out great!
For some context this house used to be a chiropractor's office in downtown South Haven, MI but had been empty for some time when I began. The downstairs portion of the home was the office and the upstairs portion was the living quarters.
Take a look at the pictures and try to imagine a lobby/seating area, exam room, even an x-ray room with chiropractic equipment everywhere, including beds, and you will see what I saw when I first entered this home. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, etc... were all upstairs.
I had the pleasure of framing in rooms downstairs, refinishing these amazing wood floors, putting in the kitchen, installing windows and siding, making the custom barn doors, installing showers, tile, and I got to do it all with my good friend, Thomas Lloyd. Good times, great memories!

Worked on my own house over the weekend. My son, Wyatt, is really interested in learning. This is the fun part of owning a family business, he gets to see first hand what I do.
