Lately, we've seen a rise in industry conversations about how contractors handle high-stress, hostile communications. While construction can have its stressful moments, crossing the line into harassment or abuse is never acceptable.

To our fellow Virginia tradespeople: remember that your time, your skill, and your peace of mind have value. Stand firm on your boundaries, document your contracts, and don't be afraid to demand a professional working environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, abusive, or harassing communication.

New things are happening here at our 5P Warehouse! We need to get this space cleaned out for some exciting weeks ahead, which means we are clearing out a lot of furniture from past job sites.
