The biggest transformation in a home starts with rethinking how the space needs to feel and function once it’s lived in.

For this renovation, the kitchen layout was completely reworked to create a more open and functional flow throughout the first floor.

Structural changes, a new steel beam, relocated plumbing and electrical, and a new sink window all played a role in reshaping this kitchen.

Our favorite part of the design and build process is seeing
finish details come together exactly as they were envisioned!

For our new build project, the compass floor inlay creates a
focal point, while the staircase and cable railings introduce a clean, modern feel that opens up the space.

Details like these work best when materials, sightlines, and
scale are considered together so the entire home feels
intentional and connected.

Not every “luxury bathroom” actually feels luxurious, but this one does!

The experience comes from the details. Custom tilework, layered lighting, a walk-in shower with handheld and overhead fixtures, and a whirlpool bath tub were all designed to work as one cohesive space.

45 days in, and this second-story addition in Narragansett is already taking shape.

The existing roof was removed to frame a new level above, while updated siding and windows tie the addition back into the original home.

Here’s how our first floor renovation in Peace Dale came together!

The original kitchen, dining area, and living space were all separated and working against each other. Through our design and build process we relocated the kitchen to the opposite side of the home and reworked the entire layout.

By reorganizing the first floor, we were able to create a more open and intentional flow, centered around a spacious kitchen, a new powder room, and a comfortable living area designed for hosting family gatherings.

Here’s a look at a second-story bump-out addition currently underway in Providence.

The exterior is sealed and mostly complete, while framing and electrical work are underway inside. This addition dramatically improved 226 sq ft of bedroom and bathroom area by adding more headroom, making the existing space more functional and usable.

We started this project in the middle of winter and had to be very intentional with our sequencing. We prioritized the exterior first to seal the existing structure and preserve our timeline.

Now that we’re no longer susceptible to weather delays, our focus shifts to making consistent progress on the interior phase.

Follow along as this addition continues to take shape!

What used to be a garage is now a fully functional part of a working dental practice.

Planning is the name of the game for projects like this. Converting a non-clinical space into treatment rooms requires careful coordination of layout, utilities, and flow.

Every decision, from wall placement to mechanical routing, impacts how the space actually functions from day to day.

If you’re considering expanding or reworking a commercial space, aligning design and construction from the start is what allows that added space to actually support long-term growth.
