Still waiting for texture to dry but in the mean time the electrician left me 26 holes and patches to plug and catch up while the mud dries, getting done tomorrow looks like… to be continued…

Happy Easter everyone! I’m spending my day trying to push this little commercial building along. Time is running out till Mondays inspection and eventual go ahead to tape, so just keeping moving piece by piece screw by screw.

150 sheet job I’m finishing solo on Tahoe keys blvd right now. This is the apartment kitchen/living room, 2 bd 2 bath, with a office located on the other side of the building I’m also working on. I’ll get some pics and videos once I’m done texturing!
