It was a great afternoon yesterday at the Tampa Managers Institute monthly luncheon at Ruth's Chris. Yesterday's discussion centered around one of the most important responsibilities community boards face: selecting the right vendor. From qualifications and experience to communication, responsiveness, insurance coverage, and long-term value, there is much more to the decision than simply choosing the lowest price.
A big thank you to the wonderful Kristin Fourie and the panelists this month! It's always valuable to hear different perspectives and share best practices that help our communities succeed.
And if you're wondering what to look for when hiring the right engineering firm, feel free to reach out. The team at m2e Consulting Engineers is always happy to answer questions, provide guidance, and help communities understand what separates a qualified engineering partner from the rest.
Looking forward to continuing these conversations and supporting the managers and boards that work tirelessly to serve their communities.
