We haven’t had the chance to do much residential work lately since we been so busy with our commercial clients but here we are install brand new 4 track vinyl windows for a client that we have done projects for before , altogether we will be install 14 of these windows most of them are huge double windows but started with the smaller ones . We love these windows they are absolutely amazing they can open all together up or all together down and one at a time !!!! They are amazing come check them out !!!?

Here is a few things we had to take care of at our commercial client location Jesco , this is a brand new exit sign electric ran and the fixture hung as well as a new hand rail for the same stairwell as well as replace the pvc drain piping stack then runs down the wall at the bottom of the stairs , upon switching out the filters on the A/C we noticed we had to run new lines for the hot and cold lines of the hot water heater which of course came out amazing and my connections are absolutely flawless !!!! We also built a wall build out which was a custom wall on both sides one is a cork board and the other side of the wall is a white board for dry erase markers ! We are the best at what we do for a reason there isn’t anything hicks and sons can’t complete perfectly !!!! **t

Before and after photos of the rest of the awnings we had to do for our commercial client and let me tell you the special solution we use gets s**t done !!!!!! These awnings smelt like straight mold really bad and now nothing spotless clean and smell brand new !!!

We are handling a commercial clients property that has been maintenanced horribly by someone for idk how long but of course we have been slowing fitting them in to get what they need done and this was next on the list bringing these bad boys back to life this is just one of the 5 awnings we have to do but we made a custom solution that cleans fabric canvas awnings amazingly it has worked for years so we won’t change now and look how amazing these before and after photos of this awning is !!!! More to come !!! **tdone

This how you secure 6 figure contracts with companies and have them sign a lifetime contract with your company , you have suppliers who give you amazing prices for shut that cost 2 to 3 grand for one door set up , this price is for 5 steel half glass doors with steel welded p&d frames , you are not beating this price it’s not happening and this is all hardware included the closers and handles and emergency exit not to mention one of the doors is a double frame double hung door .

Before and after photos of a commercial client we recently started working with this was our 5th project for this company and one of their several properties we take care of here we had to clean the flat room drain and snake it which of course came out perfect everything back to order as well as had to replace the flashing that got ripped off the side of the roof so we went ahead and bent it into shape and got a new one back on perfectly like the old one just better and then painted it to the original color of this buildings flashing . We also had to replace a a/c shut off for the same client for one of the store fronts on the property which of course as you see came out flawless like everything we do that’s why we are 5 stars on all platforms !!!!!

Client needed his switch replaced and the wires in the box updated as well as a outside gfi replaced and wires redone and a new outside box . Of course it came out perfect ,

So my new clients have been trying to get a contractor out to get support beams installed and have them able to hold at least 1000 pounds each side so they never have to worry about it well of course they called the best so they got perfection , we had to take down parts of the vinyl soffit to acces not only plywood above from the old soffit but also wood panel under that ! Once finally got to the joists of the porch we installed double 2x4 wood doubled up across joist to joist for our support bracket locations on each side , our support beam is easy holding over 2000 pounds without a doubt . Craftsmanship at its best .

This is a commercial client owner of a daycare she had a bad leak from the roof so we came in and tore out the whole bottom of the wall and trim as well as the soffit above where the leak was started and of course the property owner hired someone else who destroyed it and made it worse so hicks and sons came in and do what we do best and turned this disaster into a masterpiece !!!!! We are the best for a reason ! Our reviews speak for themselves we are the only 5 star company in this central area and that’s facts !!!!!! THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!!

One of my commercial clients called needed a fence reinforced that was falling down so of course we can in and sister posted all the posts with metal supports meant for rotted wood posts !! Here are before and after photos , also we will be eventually installing a new vinyl fence down the road for this client but due to principles and conflict with a neighbor just a repair for now lmao anything to help my clients , that’s why we are five stars and the best around for a reason !!!
