HVAC Tech forgot to tighten the coupling for the condensate filter, Client was away in Florida. A neighbor checked in to see part of the guest bath ceiling fell into the shower. Once the HVAC company got their s**t together I commenced repairs. Tomorrow should be sand , touch up drywall and then repaint.
