My role is part visionary, part problem-solver, and 100% focused on helping our clients and team succeed—whether that’s refining systems, building partnerships, or jumping in wherever I’m needed.

One of my proudest moments was helping transition Capital into a hybrid model—blending our deep roots in window cleaning with our expansion into construction clean-up, building improvements, and more. Watching our team adapt, thrive, and exceed expectations in new markets reminded me that culture beats strategy every time.
