We’re thrilled to share that one of our latest construction projects — the brand-new Sergeant Bluff EyeCare — is officially complete!
The owners have now moved in and are welcoming patients into their beautiful space.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT:
Chris Wolf has been chosen to be our employee spotlight this quarter! Chris has been with H&R since day one, working as our CFO! When asked what his favorite project was, he said "My favorite project was the Iowa City Auto Dealership because it was the first project and it inspired the formation of the company."
Outside of work, Chris enjoys attending live sporting events, boating, golfing, pheasant hunting, and college football.
Chris and his wife, Becky, have three children. Oldest son Tyler, his wife Andree and grandson Mason, daughter Aubrey, and youngest Colten.

Chris, thank you for your years of dedication and leadership to H&R Construction and our amazing clients!

We recently wrapped up construction on Ames Lincoln’s new Vitrine facility. The store turned out great! Huge shout out to all of the subcontractors and suppliers for helping us make this project a huge success. This is our 3rd Lincoln store and I feel like we have it pretty dialed in at this point. The owners are a local family owned business and are truly great people to work for.

Check it out! KIA of St. Cloud is complete! This project was a complete interior and exterior renovation with two major additions for added staff space and detailing department. Thank you to all of our dedicated subcontractors, vendors, and clients!

That’s a wrap! We recently completed construction on Sioux Falls Cadillac, and the project turned out fantastic!
Standout features: the exterior “Bone Line” ACM panel façade, the light clouds over the showroom runway, and the elegant wood paneling throughout the space.
Huge thanks to our subcontractors and suppliers for the excellent work and smooth collaboration. And a special thank-you to ownership and the dealership staff—true class acts. We appreciate the partnership!
