So we are a Small Home Improvement Company that has Grown Larger a lot Quicker than I thought it would! Hopefully because I try to do the Best Work We Can! I have 26 Year’s Experience in this line of work! We have anywhere from 3 to 8 Full-Time Employee’s and about the same in Part-Time workers on and off throughout the Season’s! The Majority of our Employee’s are Veteran’s, and I specially look for Veteran’s out of work that are looking for work. I do this because I don’t believe our Government does enough for them so I try to restore some Dignity to these Veteran’s cause that is all they are looking for. I personally have a 14 Year Old Boy in 8th grade that also works on weekends, vacations, and summer basically at his discretion! My Family, Friends, and Business are the Most Important Things To Me... I started this Business in 2018 do to the fact that I was maxed out in pay on the books and had way to many Responsibilities that the Stress was a big Factor in My Life and effecting my Health and Sanity... It was not the Business’s fault, it was another Small 6 Man Home Improvement business located in CT, and I live in MA so Law’s are Different and CT did not have to Provide Health Insurance and didn’t so that had a lot to do with it also. I have literally only worked for 2 Business’s before opening mine. First was Richard’s Floor Service out of Easthampton where they have Retired now, and at RM Theberge Inc. which is out of Somers, CT. I worked for him for almost 13 years and we did a lot of New Construction Siding, Hardwood Floors, Windows, Doors, Roofs, Decks, Sheetrock, and Trim (Indoor and Outdoor). I can bend any piece of Metal any way you want or it needs to be, I’m Extremely Good on a Brake. We also do Tree Removal! Liming, Felling, Removal, and Planting of Tree’s also. My Experience with Tree’s and a Chainsaw is the same but I taught myself by Moving here to Southampton almost 27 years ago. Since then we have done well over 500 Tree Jobs and not one Incident yet!!! Thank God! But we are Fully Insured with Liability and Tree Removal Insurance as well, $2,000,000 Worth and $1,000,000 Worth with Liability!
