NASTAR Center ETC's National Aerospace Training and Research (NASTAR) Center is the premier air and space training, research, and education facility in the world.

The National AeroSpace Training And Research (NASTAR) Center (est. 2007) is the premier commercial air and space training, research, and educational facility. It combines state-of-the-art flight simulation with physiology-based courseware to optimize human performance in extreme environments. The NASTAR Center is unique in that it serves as the only non-government (commercial use) facility for the

application of acceleration and G force exposure in the world and specializes in replicating high-performance flight environments and characteristics of aerial vehicles. This exclusive capability is ideal for safely modeling nominal and off-nominal (emergency) trajectories and evaluating human performance for military, commercial aviation, and spaceflight clients. The NASTAR Center actively collaborates with numerous agencies including NASA, FAA, JAA, etc. to promote safety in flight.

The NASTAR Team spent two days with Hasard Lee and his team of pilots to conduct high-G training flights, dogfighting, and a canyon bombing run using our ATFS-400 High-Performance Human centrifuge. After a safety briefing and initial AGSM training, the crew successfully completed their 9.0 Gz qualification runs and proceeded to engage in downing MiGs and bombing targets. We appreciated their exceptional effort and enthusiasm, and we are excited to have them back for more such collaborations.
