The Drillers Helper is responsible for assisting with set up and operations of core drill rig, support equipment, and handling or core samples. Successful candidates will understand how vitally important to work well with the Drillers, all team members within the company, and clients, for a organized and profitable operation.

Candidate with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
• Farming
• Ranching
• Construction
• Experience working in all four seasons
• Jobs that require overtime until completion

Minimum Requirements to apply:
• Valid Drivers license
• Depending on weather Monday-Friday open to occasional Saturday work

We are seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to help assist with instillation of solar farms.
Ideal candidate has prior experience:
• 4+ years of safely operating a Dozer, excavator, skid steer, off road articulating trucks.
• Knowledge and experience of GPS dozers
• Experience with slopes and embankments
• Valid drivers license
• Willing to submit to drug and background check
• Ideal Experience includes laying pipe, remediation, mining
This position will consist of 100% travel. Crews work throughout the Midwest in areas like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana.
$20-$25 per hour
Hotel and travel expenses paid for
$40 per day per diem
$250 travel allowance when returning to come every 3 weeks.
Health insurance, 401k, Weekly pay

We are currently in search of a facilities maintenance technician with a diverse background of experience in carpentry, manufacturing and machinery in the Ann Arbor area.

1st shift
40+ hours per week
$15 to start

Under close supervision, with detailed instructions, this position is responsible for troubleshooting and performing maintenance and repairs of the office and building facilities, facility structure equipment, machines and grounds. Typically assist trade personnel in one or more of the maintenance trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, machine and equipment repair. Conducts routine and periodic inspections of the premises, as directed to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.

Essential Functions
• Assists in performing trade work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• May perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment according to established procedures.
• May perform general building construction services for new construction/ renovation (i.e., framing, drywall, taping, texture, painting, flooring and base, doors, frames and hardware).
• Performs a variety of basic facilities tasks as requested by managers and maintenance requests.
• Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.
• Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
