Rex Rosenhaus serves on the HBA board and Aaron L. Rosenhaus serve as Vice President of the Executive Board. Our involvement reflects a long standing commitment to the stewardship of our industry and the belief that shared success is the foundation of meaningful progress.

In construction, this little card means everything. It means every trade showed up and did their job right. It means the city signed off. It means someone gets to open their doors.

Uniland is proud to celebrate the final inspection approval on our latest project in Ferndale, Michigan.

This one was a great collaboration from start to finish. Our team worked hand in hand with an outstanding landlord, a fantastic tenant, and the City of Ferndale to bring this project across the finish line. That kind of alignment does not happen by accident. It takes trust, communication, and a shared commitment to getting it right. We are grateful for every person on this team who made it happen.
Ferndale continues to be one of the most exciting and welcoming communities in Southeast Michigan for development and business growth. It was an honor to contribute to it.

Every commercial build‑out has a moment where excitement meets reality. A tenant signs the lease, the landlord hands over the space, and suddenly everyone is staring at an empty shell that needs to become something functional — fast.

Updating your apartment community can be done on your turn schedule. Pictured here is a project Uniland completed 10-20 apartments each month as they came up for occupancy. This allowed ownership to renovate the community with minimal impact to occupancy and cash flow.
