Around 700 Atwell Family of Companies teammates came together in Dallas last week for our PM Forum, and it was a powerful reminder of how far we've come.

Dodge, duck, dip, dive, and give!

Our Fort Worth team hit the court for the 2026 YLC Dodgeball Tournament with the The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, helping raise money for local charities on North Texas Giving Day. Plenty of friendly competition, even more community spirit.

Some of our best partnerships extend beyond the project site. Our team had a great time competing in NextEra Energy’s kickball tournament, and it was a fun reminder of how much we value the relationships we’ve built together.

Different offices, different disciplines, different career paths, and one shared goal: to grow and connect with each other.

That's what brought 110 women to Chicago for our latest Atwell Women conference, more than double the attendance of their last in-person event.

Over a few days, attendees heard from speaker Rebecca Malotke-Meslin, got an inside look at Atwell's growth from senior leadership, and swapped stories and advice with women and leaders at every level of our company.

Thank you to Jackie Larocque, P.E., Megan Spasenoski, Jessica Fritz, Crystal D. Peralta-Martinez, and Nora Harrington, for bringing this event to life, and to our senior leaders for investing in the women of Atwell.

Our clients deserve a team that's fully invested in their success.

Atwell's senior leadership team gathered together in Chicago to plan how we can best combine our knowledge, experience, and support as we continue growing our work with our national clients.

Of course, it wasn't all conference rooms and spreadsheets. The team also found time to enjoy a little Chicago fun as they geared up for the 2027–2028 project year.

We're pleased to welcome Rajeev Gollarahalli to Atwell as our Chief Technology Officer.

As we grow across the power, energy, and land development industries, technology plays an increasingly important role in how we deliver high-quality work for our clients. Rajeev will lead our technology strategy, including our continued investments in digital tools, data, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Rajeev brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology and digital transformation, much of it in the architecture and engineering industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Information and Digital Officer at a global engineering firm, where he built and scaled an AI practice and led more than 15 technology integrations through mergers and acquisitions.
