This wine room checks both boxes.

Tucked right off the kitchen, it's always part of the action when friends come over, dinner is getting started, or somebody decides one glass sounds like a good idea on a Friday night.

They use them for paying bills, jumping on a quick Zoom call, helping with homework, ordering birthday gifts, booking vacations, handling paperwork, and pretending they'll finally organize that stack of mail.

This house feels expensive because the design team knew when to stop. ✨

🏊 Keep a designated water watcher whenever kids are swimming. Even a few distracted seconds can matter.

🚪 Make sure gates and pool access points latch properly every time.

🛟 Keep life jackets, flotation devices, and a first aid kit easy to find.

📱 Keep a charged phone nearby in case of an emergency.

🧹 Clear toys and floats from the pool when swimming is done. Kids often head back toward the water looking for them.

💧 Stay hydrated. North Texas heat doesn’t mess around.

One feature we love on this project is the dedicated pool bathroom just steps from the backyard. 🚿
