It’s Friday, so we thought it’d be the perfect time to share what we’ve been working on — our newest project: an ambulatory surgery center for Dr. Trung Ha, MD in Irving, Texas. We’re excited to get this one underway and can’t wait to see it come together with the support of some amazing partners.

Mid-week vibes, but there’s nothing mid about the project we wrapped up for Tony Daniels, MD, FACS Fort Worth Plastic Surgery & MedSpa office in the City of Fort Worth.

In just five quick months, Structures and Interiors, Inc., teamed up with Tom Malone's TMA Architects, Inc., Shauna Glenn Design, and our amazing trade partners to deliver this beautiful and functional 3,300 sq. ft. plastic surgery medical office in 2023.

A big thank you to Tony Daniels, MD, FACS for your guidance throughout the process. We hope your office continues to serve your patients for years to come!

As the days grow shorter, we’re excited to share a project that brightens our season: the completion of Dr. Robert Reigle Urban Trails Animal Hospital in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas! This stunning new space, brought to life by TMA Architects, Inc., spanning over 5,400 square feet, is designed to support Dr. Reigle’s compassionate care for animals, with a clinic and surgical area, grooming and boarding services, and tall ceilings that create a cohesive, open atmosphere!

Thank you, Dr. Reigle, for trusting us to bring your vision to life. We hope the attention and care Structures and Interiors, Inc. put into every detail of the construction will support your practice’s success for years to come.

Celebratory Tuesday calls for a special recognition—congratulating and celebrating the retirement from daily operations of our own Mike Lease! After 30 years of dedication, he's off to enjoy unlimited golf and red wine by the beach.

Michael always possessed a unique vision. At the helm of Structures and Interiors he took on the more difficult projects that others might overlook. He understood that well-managed projects and happy customers would make a significant impact on the future of his company. As he built up Structures and Interiors, he did so with a keen understanding that forging and maintaining relationships with trade partners was essential to delivering quality across the board. He provided unwavering support for the employees he managed and nurtured a family of Structures and Interiors team members. He supported S&I as it scaled its work and provided customers with a product of quality construction.

Throughout Michael’s expansive professional life, one thing has remained constant: his ability to truly listen and be fully present with everyone he encounters. It's a quality that has touched so many of us. Now, as he steps into this new chapter, it’s our turn to remind him to embrace that same presence and attentiveness for himself—to savor and enjoy the life he’s worked so hard to create.

Congratulations, Sir! Here's to a well-deserved retirement! 🎉

Thank you to our partners Modern Design Architects, The Saddler Group, Blackmon Consulting Engineers, HAMILTON DUFFY P.C. and our trade partners who worked tirelessly to bring to life our latest achievement – the construction of City of Colleyville, TX first LEED Gold commercial building!

It's been an honor to complete the construction of this cutting-edge, LEED Gold-certified space alongside Dr. Carolyn Helbert-Green and her husband, Revvie Green! Using ample natural light, eco-conscious materials, and meticulous attention to detail, we have helped create a home where patients can feel calm and at ease while receiving eye care services.

Thank you Colleyville Vision Associates for entrusting us with this monumental project. Together, we're building a brighter, greener future for our community.
