Service residential and small commercial heating & air conditioning equipment. Familiar with heat pumps, gas furnaces and water source equipment.
Clean and neat appearance, good customer communication and promptness, experience with high and low voltage electrical, able to read electrical wiring diagrams.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Experienced technicians preferred!
Pay is based on experience.

Mansfield Brothers Heating & A/C is seeking full time office personnel in a customer service/dispatcher position. Must be organized and dependable with excellent communication skills to perform general office functions. The perfect applicant will be proficient in all office machinery, possess the ability to answer phones, greet walk-in clients, schedule maintenance and trouble calls, dispatch to service technicians and be open to being a fill in when others are absent. Below is a list of required skills needed:
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
• Schedule appointments in a company service software program (You will be trained)
• Provide general information to customers and clients
• Be able to use all Office applications including filing and mailing
• Data entry into company service software
• Collect information and perform data entry with that information
• Flexibility to engage in other daily office related duties as they arise
Our desire is for this candidate to be capable of allowing their duties to expand as needed. Must be a team player, customer service oriented and self-motivated.
