REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have a valid Drivers License or other state appointed ID, pass a background check and have reliable transportation to shop located in Spanaway,WA Applicants must be willing to learn and take constructive criticism. WAGE/RATE: Starting wage depends on type and level of experience. Plenty of opportunity for advancement and leadership roles available. Opportunities for overtime, prevailing wage and bonuses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Install gutter and gutter related products on customers' properties, both residential and commercial. Conduct yourself in a professional manner, take pride in your work and ensure our customers are satisfied prior leaving the job-site. Follow instructions in installing products to standards outlined in work order or contract. Must be able to work outdoors in most weather conditions, be comfortable with heights and daily ladder work. Applicants should be able to use hand tools and basic power tools. Experience and competence with hand cut miters and flashing as well as proper operation of gutter machine are also opportunities for higher wage. BENEFITS: We offer medical, dental, vision, disability, and accident insurance after 60 days. We offer paid vacation and major holidays after 1 year.
