Happy Thursday everyone! Check out this photo of a professionally maintained Air Conditioner. This unit is over 15 years old and still looks brand new! Proper maintenance vastly improves the efficiency and lifespan of heating and air conditioning units. This is Spencer Fullmer. Spencer is our Service manager extraordinaire. Spencer is a talented HVAC service technician with 8 plus years experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning field. He can solve any heating and air conditioning issues that you might have. Spencer is a former miner and maintenance worker who changed his career to be an hvac technician several years ago.
When he is not working, Spencer enjoys fly fishing, spending time with his family and pets, and gardening. Thank you Spencer for your hard work and for making CCS a better place to work!

This is Tracy Poulsen. Tracy started working with Cofran Climate Systems in November 2025. He recently started working in our sheet metal shop where he builds sheet metal ductwork for the company. Tracy is a dedicated and positive employee that works hard to ensure that our install teams have the materials they need to be successful.

In his spare time, Tracy enjoys playing golf and is an accomplished rug maker. He is also an accomplished sports officiator, and will be inducted into the youth baseball hall of fame for umpiring later this year.

Employees like Tracy are what make Cofran Climate Systems a success! Thanks for all you do.
