Look closely at this footage. The parking lot next door is full. The street is open. The neighbors went to work.

This is set day on a Salt Lake City infill project: finished modules arriving from our Spanish Fork factory and craned into place in days. The loud, muddy, year-long version of this building simply never happened here.

In the Mountain West, a jobsite winter is a line item. Weather days, heating, snow removal, schedule float that always gets spent.

Station by station in the factory: framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, each checked indoors before wrap. What arrives on site is not raw material and hope. It is a finished, verified product waiting for a crane.

The best time to ask if your project should be modular is before the architect falls in love.

Module dimensions, stair placement, crane access, transport routes. Designed in early, these are free. Retrofitted late, they are change orders and compromise.
