From improving visual management and increasing capacity to helping establish a third shift, Aaron continues to find ways to make the operation more efficient and successful.

Congratulations to the 2026 Summer Internship Program graduates!

As summer comes to a close, we’re excited to celebrate our four interns who recently completed an incredible 10 week experience with us. Throughout the summer, they gained hands on experience, developed new skills, worked on meaningful projects, and made valuable contributions across the business.

A special thank you to all of the managers and teams who supported our interns and helped make the program such a great experience. We also want to thank Alivia Livesay Walker for leading the program from recruitment through graduation and everything in between.

We’re proud of everything this group accomplished and wish them the best of luck as they head back to school for the new academic year. We can’t wait to see all that they accomplish next!
