💪💚 Built tough. Led with care.

This week, we officially launched our 2026 Custom Cares - Caring Team initiative and introduced our most recent Caring Team—employees stepping up to look out for one another and strengthen the heartbeat of who we are.

We also did something simple, but meaningful: we handed out gas cards to every employee ⛽ because we know fuel costs keep climbing, and showing up every day isn’t cheap. Hard work shouldn’t be made harder.

This isn’t about recognition or headlines.

It’s about taking care of our people—the ones who grind, deliver, build, and keep this company moving forward day in and day out.
