Finley Insulators is hiring motivated individuals who have the desire to make the most out of their life through hard work and good work ethics.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on construction sites, in industrial plants, hospitals, and bakeries to name a few. You would be required to work on ladders, man lifts, and scaffolding depending on the particular job site conditions. Also working indoors, and outdoors year round.
Job sites are typically located within the Greenville, Spartanburg area but, occasionally as far as 70 miles from Spartanburg.
You must have transportation to and from the job site. We pay vehicle travel expenses.
Typical working hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:30 pm
No experience necessary...we will train you.
Starting pay $18.00-$21.00 plus bonuses for production efficiency.

Entry level level to advanced level pipe and duct insulation installers needed.
$14.50 to $22 per hour depending on experience and production capabilities.
Working conditions include indoors, outdoors, in plants, hospitals, bakeries, and construction sites.
The successful candidate will need to be good at working with their hands with simple tools. Also, enough strength to carry a 12 foot ladder around the job site.
A vehicle is required to drive to and from job sites. Vehicle expense pay is provided.
Benefits include holiday pay, (and one week paid vacation after one year of continuous employment.)

Now taking applications for entry level to advanced level pipe and duct insulation installers. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, social security card, and transportation. You would be working mostly on job sites in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Gaffney area. Benefits include paid vacation, four paid holidays, and travel expense. Normal working hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day. Overtime over 40 hours.
Pay is based on how much you have learned, and production. It’s up to you!
